When placing a call-in reservation please have the following information available:

• Passenger account name and/or account number, date, day, time
• Trip pick-up address and telephone number
• Destination: airport, airline, address
• Type of service: Sedan, Escalade, Executive Transporter Van
• Billing Information
• Any special instructions
• Your name and telephone number

To make a reservation, please fill in your details in the Reservation Form below and we will answer you as soon as possible. 
We can not take reservations by internet less than 5 hours before pick-up time




Cancellations & Changes – Must Be Called into the Office.

Do Not email Changes or Cancellations. Email is not accepted for Changes or Cancellations.

Wait Time – At locations there will be a 15 minute grace period. Any time accumulated after the initial 15 minutes, will be billable to the account in increments of 15 minutes at the normal hourly rate of the car.

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. Do not email cancellations. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation MUST be made one hour prior to the pick-up time; two hours prior to the scheduled pickup time when the pick-up is to be made in NYC or at an airport. Vans require a 24 hour cancellation notice. No shows and cancel on locations will be charged accordingly. At the time of Cancellation, you will always be given a cancellation number for your records. It is the clients responsibility to retain the cancellation number. Should there be a dispute the cancellation number is required from the client, by CarLimo Express, for verification of the cancellation.

CarLimo Express requires that all changes be received by phone two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
